Bright, light and refreshing. This easy drinking cider is a blend of traditional and modern cider apple varieties with bright notes of citrus. Hints of orange and lime dance with flavors of tropical fruit, making this a very refreshing but hard to define cider.

Wassail
Our Wassail cider celebrates just that, made with a blend of juicy culinary apples and tannic, flavorful Frequin Rouge. We then steep the cider with all the flavors of the season - including orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cardamom, freshly ground nutmeg, cloves and ginger root - before back sweetening with maple syrup for a warm, rich finish.

Ciderkin

Light,bright, refreshing and full of flavor, Ciderkin is made from the pomace of freshly pressed apples. We rehydrated them with water, let it macerate (soak) for 48 hours and then pressed again. If you're familiar with Piquette in the wine world, it's the same idea - and just as refreshing.

We’ve taken our Negroni-inspired winter seasonal - Cashmere - and blended it with Fast Penny Spirits’ Amaricano amaro for a cider unlike any other. Perfectly tart with notes of cranberry, dark cherry and bitter orange, the addition of amaro brings a beautiful richness to this cocktail-like creation. Aromas of toasted sugar and dark fruit shine through while hints of truffle, vanilla bean and Mexican chocolate mingle with a savory bitterness.

Designed to be poured over ice (but also great ice cold), the tartness and complexity of our Dry cider - made with bittersweet and culinary apples - blends with the rich and herbaceous notes of the amaro to create your new favorite cider cocktail in a can. New Crush
Introducing New Crush, our latest release and our first collaboration with Foundry Vineyards from Walla Walla! This apple-grape cofermentation is a blend of Riesling grapes from Foundry Vineyards and Gravenstein apples from Yonder Cider. Pressed separately then blended together prior to fermentation, these two fruits combine to create a citrus-forward wine with notes of lime peel, blood orange and grapefruit on the first sip. As is warms, subtle tropical flavors of pineapple and starfruit begin to emerge.

Aged in neutral French Oak barrels for one year, our Barrel Aged Perry is lively, floral, and bright. Featuring only Perry pears including Yellow Huffcap and Hendre Huffcap the golden hue is complemented by aromas of honeysuckle and grass with a bright citrus forward palate and subtle tannin.

Fresh Hop
Made in collaboration with our friends Bale Breaker, our Fresh Hop cider is an experience like none other! Starting with a base of juicy culinary apples and flavorful cider fruit, this semi-dry cider is then steeped with fresh Loral hops and Sabro hop pellets from Loftus Ranches. On the nose, bright, floral aromatics lend way to earthy pepper notes. The first sip bursts with notes of honeysuckle, melon and juicy orange with a nice acidic bite.

Thunderpussy Collab
A juicy explosion! This collaboration between Yonder Cider and Thunderpussy was crafted to celebrate badass women everywhere and Thunderpussy’s tenth anniversary. Notes of stone fruit, dark cherry and hibiscus on the nose lend way to a burst of flavor. Tart cherry and spicy ginger sing while hints of lime and hibiscus shine through, offering a subtle sweetness up front and tart, tannic finish.

This sultry sipper is a mix of fresh-pressed apple juice and apple brandy, aged in barrels. This release is a barrel aged blend of bittersweet French apple varieties from our friends at EZ Orchards, blended with Eau de Vie de Pomme and aged for 36 months in Pinot Noir barrels. Rich in tannin and with notes of ripe fruit and subtle toasted wood, with an essence of toasted walnut and baked apple.

Made from 100% red fleshed apples grown in the Wenatchee Valley, our single varietal Wenatchee Wave cider is a tart one, bursting with flavor! A beloved tradition at Yonder, our Fourth Anniversary Cider is a blend of all of our favorite cider fruit from the past year. Keeping with the theme, we selected four bold cider apples to feature this year, making up 80 percent of the blend, accented with our high acid culinary base to create a flavorful yet crisp cider. Perfect for enjoying year round, this celebration cider is beautifully tart with notes of stone fruit, persimmon, honey and Rainier cherry.

Whatever’s Clever
Our collaboration with Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery out of Hood River! We took Yonder’s low-ABV crowd favorite, Ciderkin, and infused it with guava and hops from Double Mountain. For the hops, we used hop oil from Cashmere hops. With a Ciderkin base created from Roxbury Russet and Muscadet de Bernay apples, the infusion of guava and hops makes this a light, bright, fruity yet tart beverage perfect hot summer weather.

This years blend brings together our favorite apples of the year for a cider that is deep, complex, and evolves with every sip. This cider has beautiful aromas of fresh pressed apples which are complemented by bright stone fruit notes. Our take on everyone’s favorite warm weather wine. This single varietal cider highlights the beauty of our red fledged apples and the unique land they come from - the Wenatchee Valley. Featuring a beautiful golden-pink hue, this lovely rosé cider is dry and crisp with notes of strawberry and ripe pear. Lively acidity is highlighted by a tart sweetness. Making for a deliciously drinkable cider and the perfect accompaniment to any summer celebration.
